One drawback the eight-round clip cannot be loaded with 44 Magnum single rounds. I like the the .300 Whisper best for doe hunting. I will always remember my choice hunt was in Tijeras when you took Delsie out and the two of you fall asleep, but still managed to get the buck with your .300 Whisper.

My Mom’s treasured rifle is my new Sako 75 Hunter with the quilted maple chambered in 30-40 Krag and 416 Rigby. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 416 Rigby from Wal Mart in Penndel. I got my Sako 30-40 Krag online at Target. My friends and I like the 30-40 Krag best for varmit hunting.
One thing I don’t like with this shooter is the Sako price, weighing in at $395, but for that you do get a hand crafted piece of artwork with the quilted maple stock. I bought the rifle at Wal-Mart over in Penndel in a yellow box with 30-40 Krag and 416 Rigby barrels included.
