My dad said his pet caliber is the 458 Win Mag he got at a Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquet last season. My second revered caliber is the 458 Win Mag. I used to like the Remington 700BDL in 6 mm BR and 458 Win Mag alot. I ordered my Remington 700BDL in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Pittston, Virginia.
My brother’s precious hunting rifle is my Remington 700BDL 458 Win Mag with a Claro walnut stock. His main rifle is the 458 Win Mag I picked up online at the NRA store. A minor problem is if you’re a hunter, the ring or the lanyard on the Remington 700BDL can snag on a branch or even your own clothing and possibly pop your receiver cover off.
